Preparing for Your Visit

Registration

Sign in at the front desk. Staff will verify your information and provide any forms needed for your visit.

Waiting Room

We make every effort to see you at your scheduled time. We appreciate your patience if unexpected delays occur.

Exam Room

A medical assistant will ask preliminary questions and record your vital signs before Dr. Oropo sees you.

Tests & Results

If tests are ordered, ask when to expect results. We'll follow up as soon as they're available.

Your Bill Questions about billing? Call or email us — we'll respond within 24 hours.
Follow-Up Appointments Schedule routine follow-ups as far in advance as possible.
Prescriptions Allow up to 24 hours for non-urgent calls. Your provider's secretary can assist with refills.
Concerns Any concerns about your visit? Call and ask to speak with the practice manager.
